Das eine Geb\u00e4ude ist als B\u00fcro, das andere als Wohngeb\u00e4ude mit 40 Dreizimmerwohnungen geplant. Beide nehmen in Typologie, Traufh\u00f6he und Material Bezug auf die historische Nachbarschaft.
