Bestehende Lichth\u00f6fe werden f\u00fcr eine vertikale Agora bis ins Erdgeschoss erweitert, sowie Boxen mit verschiedenen Atmosph\u00e4ren und eine \u00dcberdachung der \u00f6ffentlichen Dachterrasse mit Blick \u00fcber die Stadt erg\u00e4nzt. Existing atriums are extended to the ground floor for a vertical agora, and boxes with different atmospheres and a roofing over the public roof terrace with a view over the city are added.
