Am Winterhuder Weg ist eine zweigeschossige Aufstockung bis auf die H\u00f6he der Gr\u00fcnderzeitbauten geplant. On the side facing Winterhuder Weg, two more additional storeys are planned, up to the height of the existing Wilhelminian-style buildings.
