Die Ausbildung des Balkons, in n\u00f6rdlicher Richtung mit Ausblick ins Tal, und der Dachterrasse (nach S\u00fcden und Westen gerichtet), f\u00fchren zu einer r\u00e4umlichen Differenzierung der Baumasse.
