The access to the building takes place on two levels via a communal foyer. The organically shaped core is a reference to the warehouse buildings with their winches and the steel cranes from the subsequent period. The brick found in the Speicherstadt is interpreted in a contemporary manner with curtain walls in the form of carpets of brick framed with steel. A modest homage has been made to the historical glazed brick patterns.
