Hotel Borsteler Chaussee 1, Hamburg 2020

In deviation from planning law, the new hotel building is to take up the building lines, heights and roof pitches of the neighbouring buildings in order to close the block at the corner. In this way, it was possible to exceed the building use by a factor of one and a half. A more prominent corner design had to be dispensed with in favor of existing trees.
