This multi-family house based on the adjoining wall curriculum, draws on the predominant façade materials of the neighbourhood that are plaster and brick. The eight well-designed 1-2 bedroom apartments can be accessed from the ground floor via the one and half-storey tall entrance. All the living spaces have been oriented to the southwest keeping the bedrooms next to the quiet garden. 

This draft adequately answers the economic requirements of the location and the size of the project.
