Fishing harbor Altona 2006 

An urban mix of office-, hotel-, and apartment utilization is planned in the west of the competition site and a cultural-, and entertainment landscape in the area of the former ferry terminal has been reserved for a beach club. As a final touch, the U-shaped polder building and the sculptural design of the wooden harbor construction have been incorporated and transformed to create a reference to maritime warehouse architecture.
