A mixed utilization ensemble has been constructed on the east bank of the Alsterfleet an appropriate solution for this prominent location between the Alster and the Elbe. A sculpture, which follows the line of the narrow strips of land, recalls the rows of houses constructed by the merchants and skippers along the fleet.
