Shanghai Health Industrial Park, 2005 (1st prize) 

A theme park comprising of a central park with hills, expanses of water, bridges, and a wide variety of vegetation is to be the business card for the biopharmaceutical corporate group. Public buildings such as the multifunctional hall for 8000 visitors or the banqueting hall for 10000 guests are embedded in the park together with the company headquarters. The laboratories, production and logistics are located to the west of the park, and the apartments, hotel and health clinic facilities in the east of the site.
