Residence at Eilbekkanal, Hamburg 2014 

As a response to the special position of the bridge over the canal, a high building has been selected. A third of the 110 apartments are to be state funded, one third is for rent and the other third will be for sale. A garage is planned below the green inner courtyard. All the floor- through apartments are oriented towards the courtyard. The front gardens and the mezzanine storeys on the street side also make these residencies very attractive.
