Tehran City Garden 2017 

The cultural centre, developed on behalf of the Academy of Architectural Culture together with Iranian and German students, is conceived as an interpretation of the bazaar as a central place of connection and encounter. Shade providing steel umbrella constructions cover the public space and link the new square with the grown city. Analogous to the degree of publicity. they are gradually transformed from light punctiform to the massive linear supporting structures of the cultural center.
