Rentzel Center, Hamburg 2014

The aim of the concept is to develop the Rentzel Center, located in the attractive district of Rotherbaum, into a lively neighborhood center. The central plaza will be spatially enhanced by the different alignment of the building and incorporated into the public urban space. The goal is to transform the “backyard” into a district plaza with its own name, which would also benefit the trade and industry utilization.
