Micro flat, product development 2016 

This premium micro apartment is developed on 30 sqm around a central wood paneled multifunctional core and can be transformed by mobile elements from a one-room loft into two bedrooms for a total of four people and a bathroom. The interior of the core, such as the kitchen worktop including the back wall and the sanitary area, is planned to be made of natural stone. The plastered walls and ceilings are complemented by a high-quality polished screed floor. In addition a balcony can be offered.
