Trinkhalle Stadtpark Hamburg (Anerkennung)

Trinkhalle Stadtpark, Hamburg 2012

This listed building designed by Fritz Schumacher was converted into a café in a manner such as to preserve its historic character. The suspended ceilings were removed and the rotunda’s dome returned to its original prominence. Windows were reduced to their original widths. The lower parts of the window frames, are distinguishable from the original window frames through their color.
