Neues Bauhaus-Museum Weimar 2011

New Bauhaus Museum, Weimar 2011

The New Bauhaus Museum opens to all directional relationships with its entrances and attractive facades. The museum as a public structure is not only defined by its public functions oriented ground floor but also by the roof terrace which lets one contemplate about the exhibits and bridge the gap between the past and the present. The entrance to the museum enhances the importance and quality of the public square in front of it and also protects it from being overshadowed by the “Gauforum” in the front row.
