House N, Moscow 2013

The plan is based on the contradictory geographical preconditions of the site, with the appealing river in the east and at the same time the desired orientation of the main rooms towards the sun. The resulting opening towards the south and the west was created via a central “green room”, a zone of privacy concealed from the street and the neighbors.
