B(p)allast der Republik, Berlin 2010 

Approximately 120 photos by Sabine von Breunig, depicting the gradual demolition of the Palast der Republik, will be exhibited as a temporary project at the original Palast der Republik site. The photographs will be printed on plexiglass plates and set into the turf. Positioned in an 85 x 185m area, at intervals of circa 10 m. the plates create a strict grid pattern. The area will be accessible to the public as a place of remembrance.
