National Museum of Art, Architecture and Design, Oslo 2009

The treasure chest of the cultural heritage was inspired by the natural heritage. A piece of picturesque rocky landscape is imagined to be imbedded in the heart of the city and enshrine the artwork like a magic mountain. The essence of rural stone huts in terms of materiality and shelter has been adapted and translated into a present- day sculpture.
