The detached family home from 1912 is a listed building and has therefore to be converted and modernized in line with current conservation guidelines. Besides new windows in the original style, planning foresees a conversion of the guest rooms, bathrooms and kitchen. extension of the roof terrace, and measures to increase energy efficiency.
