Administration Complex in Tripoli (3rd Prize)

The orientation of all the ministry building and a hotel follows a geometric arrangement in a seemingly natural parkland setting, in which superordinate usages are embedded. In keeping with its significance the Parliament building occupies the centre of the park. The strongly expressive form of the main hall is an interpretation of the desert rose a type of stone found in the northern Sahara.
