This residential typology with two spacious maisonnette apartments and an area on the ground floor that can also be put to commercial use is made possible by the economic sale of the inner city site to private persons. The intelligent interpretation of the planning requirements enables the development of a GFA of 695sqm instead of the stipulated 450sqm.
