National Congress Center Hanoi, Vietnam 2004

The design draft is a three-dimensional interpretation of the national flag with a gold star on a red background. The expressive shape of the central hall is based on a dodecahedron structure made up of 12 five-cornered areas each of which is supplemented by a triangle generated by predetermined chance criteria.
