Urban development ideas competition Frankenberg/Eder 2003

Well-defined edges that clearly follow the topography of the town have been created on one hand by densification and on the other hand by the formal strengthening of the green water meadows. Public utilities are treated as solitaires in the park. The link between the city center and the Eder landscape park has been made by means of an extension of the existing streets in the form of pedestrian bridges.
