Civic center Neumarkt, 2003 

The civic center has been interpreted as a teahouse in a garden. The interior profits from its relationship to the greenery just as the exterior profits from the lively festive atmosphere in the interior. The building’s location defines park spaces with different qualities. In this way, inviting spaces in front of the street and city center have been created, such as a space for the open-air theatre framed by trees.
