The brief specified the planning of a landmark to be constructed in several phases on a site designed with oblique angles, and bordered by motorways on both sides. The geometry of the high-rise building is based on the layout of the site. While the ground floor is situated parallel to the borders, the subsequent levels gradually pivot outwards. The result is a graded sculpture made of vertical twists, which corresponds to the phases of realisation.
