Local transport center, Bad Rappenau 2003 

The edges created by the dense construction, and the greenery concept that is based on the linearity of the tracks, define the public space. The underground tunnel below the railway track is enhanced by spacious incisions allowing daylight to enter, and by the inviting design of the entrance. The bus station and the warehouse that has been converted into a bicycle garage combine to form a single unit.
