Nanjing Xianlin, China 2001 

The project forms the centre of ten adjacent colleges. Next to the university administration planned for the central high-rise building, cultural-, trade-, and office buildings have been planned for the area along the lakeside. A hospital and several different residential quarters are situated in the second row, interlocking with the surrounding natural environment.
