Leipziger Straße, Berlin 2000 

The planned development with its residential-, office-, and commercial use supplements the surrounding government buildings. Spacious entrance halls open up onto two-storey arcades. Ground floor commercial and trade areas provide an urban character. Two residential storeys that can be accessed separately are oriented towards the city with views from the roof garden.
